Core yoga

We perform intensive yoga exercises for the muscles of the core (abdominal, obliques, lower back, pelvic floor, legs, spine).
Coordination of the breath and movements helps to be aware of sensations and control the intensity level. At the end of the class we stretch the body and relax.
After the class you’ĺl feel active and balanced.
